The Visitor Information Center staff will be serving public inquiries by three different methods. A dedicated phone line number (210-244-2014) has been created for visitors; from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., calls on the line will be forwarded to one of the VIC staff members. Calls after 5 p.m. will go to voice mail and responded to the next day. Another method visitors can interact with the travel counselors by is via a dedicated email: Emails will be responded to by VIC staff. Lastly, we have set up a live chat with the travel counselors on Chat requests after 5 p.m. will be redirected to a ticket system. The number of inquiries will be tracked by VIC management.
