Qualified groups can take advantage of these incentives:

35% straight discount off the standard Convention Center rental rate with a minimum estimated rental of $100,000 and estimated RK Group food & beverage spend of $125,000*.

50% straight discount off the standard Convention Center rental rate with a minimum estimated rental of $250,000 and estimated RK Group food & beverage spend of $450,000*.
To qualify for the incentives, meetings and events must:

Be booked through a Visit San Antonio sales representative.

Offer valid for meetings occurring between January 1, 2030, and September 30, 2031.

Must be contracted by September 30, 2026.
