Are you on assignment and planning an editorial research visit to San Antonio? We are eager to help you make the most of your time in our city. To best assist you, we require four weeks’ notice. Please specify the circulation and/or audience of the media outlet you represent, a description of your assignment and the type of assistance you are requesting. If you are a freelance journalist, include the name and phone number of your assigning editor.

Although Visit San Antonio cannot generally provide airfare or complimentary rental car services, we can make it easier for you to explore our city, see our wonderful attractions, meet the right resources and let San Antonio seep into your heart.
