This collaboration brings together the brewing prowess of Marcus Baskerville and the culinary brilliance of Chef Nicola Blaque, introducing a dynamic dining concept that seamlessly pairs craft beers with jerk-infused cuisine.
The new kitchen at Weathered Souls Brewing Co., led by Chef Nicola Blaque, will feature a menu inspired by the vibrant flavors of Caribbean jerk seasoning, perfectly matched with Weathered Souls' core beers. Chef Blaque, celebrated for her innovative culinary approach at the Jerk Shack, introduces a mouth-watering menu including dishes such as Smash Burger Sliders with a hop aioli, Street Tacos, and a Grilled Watermelon Salad dressed with a watermelon champagne vinaigrette. Each dish is crafted to enhance the experience of the paired beer, creating a symphony of flavors that are both unique and familiar.
The kitchen will operate from Thursday to Sunday, accommodating guests from 3 PM to 9 PM on Thursdays, 11 AM to 9 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, and from Noon to 8 PM on Sundays. A soft launch is scheduled for April 25, 2024, offering a limited menu that will expand throughout the year.
