Visit San Antonio and the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center are proud to share our Unmistakably San Antonio Meeting Incentive Promotion. This aggressive promotion is designed to incentivize bookings and secure business for specific need periods.
Qualified groups can take advantage of these incentives:

Groups without Food and Beverage receive a 35% discount off the standard Convention Center rental rate

Groups with Food and Beverage receive a 35% discount off the standard Convention Center rental rates, plus an additional 10% discount applied to the rental based on the total food and beverage spend. (Not to exceed rental balance.)
To qualify for the incentives, meetings and events must:

Be booked through a Visit San Antonio sales representative.

Have at least 50 rooms on peak with space at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.

Book June 20-26, 2026, or in 2027 need months: February, June, July, August, November, December.

Must be contracted by March 31, 2026.
