SAN ANTONIO, Texas — May 8, 2025 — Six Flags Fiesta Texas today announced the grand reopening of Sangerfest Halle, the largest indoor dining venue at the park, following a multimillion-dollar renovation — the most significant investment in a food location in park history. The upgraded restaurant officially opens to guests on May 9.

Originally opened with the park in 1992, Sangerfest Halle is located in the Spassburg section and has long been a popular dining and entertainment hub, featuring indoor seating and a live performance stage. The newly renovated space has undergone a significant transformation, offering guests an elevated culinary experience alongside improved speed and convenience.

Key upgrades include:

  • A fully remodeled kitchen for improved food preparation and quality
  • A brand-new menu featuring updated offerings
  • A redesigned ordering area for faster service
  • New furniture coming soon to enhance the dining atmosphere

“Our significant investment and improvements in Sangerfest Halle reflect our continued commitment to delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests,” said Jeffrey Siebert, Six Flags’ regional general manager. “This renovation sets a new standard for dining in the park and is only the beginning of what’s to come.”

As part of Six Flags Fiesta Texas’ ongoing transformation, additional enhancements can be found throughout the park including the updated Pete’s Eats in Rockville, which reopened earlier this season with a refreshed menu, updated interior, and faster self-service drink stations. New furniture will soon complete its modern diner makeover.

The park has also expanded and upgraded its Coke Refresh Stations at multiple locations, including Los Festivales, Crackaxle Canyon Screampunk District, DC Universe™, Rockville, and Hurricane Harbor San Antonio. These enhancements make it easier than ever for guests to refill their souvenir bottles and stay cool throughout the day.

The recent dining menu developments are part of a larger culinary initiative led by Executive Chef Rudy Martinez, who joined Six Flags Fiesta Texas with more than 14 years of chef experience and over two decades in the kitchen. Chef Rudy’s fresh approach and focus on quality ingredients are driving a reimagining of the park’s food program.

Guests can also take advantage of the 2025 All-Season Dining Pass, which allows for one or two meals every visit, with an option to upgrade for access to dining at all Six Flags parks nationwide.
