As San Antonio closed out on Day of the Dead commemorations at the beginning of November and began looking forward to the Thanksgiving holiday and early onset of the winter holiday season, Visit San Antonio was busy deploying the message of how the destination is doing all it can to remain open and safe. The safety message has been a strong sell, particularly in Mexico, with a good amount of coverage of the destination including two of our top clips.
Another great source of public awareness and media value has been in partnering with Visit San Antonio members who are working with social media influencers. Coordinating a visit with The Westin, San Antonio Zoo, SeaWorld San Antonio and additional members led to a positive and successful visit from a DFW-based influencer that provided the top media value for the month.
