Customer Engagement

Visit San Antonio continues to host virtual client engagement efforts. In August, we did several food and wine tastings with customers nationwide. In addition, we sent “back to school” boxes to our clients to help them get ready for their new school years.

An actual convention!

We were very excited to welcome the Phil Waldrep Ministries and its Women of Joy convention this week! The expected 1,500 attendees received an incredible and safe experience at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Our team, along with the Convention Center team, planned for months to ensure this event was a complete success!

Client Engagement

August was “back to school” for many of our clients’ families across the United States. Whether virtual or in the classroom, we knew emotions would be running high. We spread some festive cheer for parents and kiddos by curating a special supply box outfitted with items to help them gear up for the year ahead. These were a huge hit for everyone and brought smiles to many faces!

September wraps up FY20. Although the year ended in a way we never could have imagined, we have remained positive and continue to keep communication open with our clients on the books through 2021. Monthly “temperature” check-ins continue and we are hopeful for seeing more and more face to face meetings in the coming months.
