Customer Engagement
These past months, we have hosted several virtual client engagement efforts. In addition to the virtual engagements we have already completed, we hosted a tasting event in conjunction with the Becker Vineyards and William Chris Vineyards. For both of those events, our customers learned how these Texas winemakers grow and make their wines. In the next month, we will do a Bourbon and Burgers customer event in conjunction with our partners at Pedrotti’s Ranch.
Client Engagement
On July 15, the Destination Experience team provided a virtual prior-year promotional presentation to attendees at the District 10 Texas County Agricultural Agents Association (TCAAA) in Amarillo. The San Antonio conference will be held July 18-21, 2021, at the Omni Colonnade Hotel. Visit San Antonio shared a 10-minute presentation noting all the wonderful things for attendees to experience while in San Antonio next year. The presentation earned positive feedback from the meeting planner and attendees.
Our robust client engagement events have continued over the past month. We have hosted a variety of virtual events for clients in the Chicago; Washington, D.C.; and Texas markets. These engagement opportunities included family-friendly summer cookie decorating parties, a special Father’s Day BBQ rub recipe as well as private wine tasting events with the Hill Country winemakers for our top-tier future year city-wide clients.
