As the third-annual Montreal edition of the InCyber Forum kicks off this week in Canada, we in San Antonio are preparing to host the first American edition of this cybersecurity conference in June 2025.

Visit San Antonio is proud to have spearheaded discussions and rallied the community in San Antonio to secure InCyber Forum San Antonio, anticipated to attract approximately 5,000 delegates in its first year. Through the power of collaboration, this event not only elevates San Antonio's stature as a premier meetings destination but also solidifies the city’s position as the epicenter of cybersecurity innovation in the country.

This is an example of how, as the city’s only meetings and hospitality sales and marketing organization, we can take charge of our own destiny to drive demand for stakeholders.

Over the last two decades, the InCyber Forum has grown into Europe’s largest annual cybersecurity conference. This past March, InCyber convened more than 22,000 attendees from 80 countries in Lille, France, outside of Paris. San Antonio, America’s fastest-growing city and a major cybersecurity hub, is honored to host the first U.S. edition of this prestigious event. The InCyber Forum San Antonio will not only spotlight the critical challenges and opportunities in the cybersecurity world but will also showcase the city’s unique blend of innovation, culture, and hospitality.

San Antonio’s role as a leader in the cybersecurity field is less known outside of Texas, though certainly is not a surprise to those in the know. Home to a robust ecosystem of federal and private sector organizations, the city has built a reputation as a center of excellence in cybersecurity.

Institutions like The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) have developed cutting-edge programs to train the next generation of cybersecurity experts, while our strong military presence, including the U.S. Air Force Cyber Command, underscores the city’s strategic importance in the field. With such a solid foundation, it is fitting that InCyber Forum will convene here, where innovation meets collaboration.

More than just a tradeshow, InCyber Forum provides opportunities for industry, government, academia, and other stakeholders to share knowledge and information and discuss and debate the biggest trends in cybersecurity and digital trust.

The June 2025 InCyber Forum promises to be an event like no other. We will bring together experts from across the globe to explore the future of cybersecurity, tackle emerging threats and discuss strategies for growth and resilience.

And beyond San Antonio’s role as a cybersecurity hub, the city is the ideal setting for a global event such as InCyber Forum for so many reasons. Our city is steeped in history and culture, offering visitors a chance to explore a rich tapestry of traditions and extraordinary cuisine. From the iconic Alamo to the stunning River Walk, attendees will have plenty of opportunities to immerse themselves in San Antonio’s vibrant atmosphere.

InCyber Forum’s arrival in San Antonio underscores a critical truth: the future of cybersecurity depends on collaboration and shared expertise. We want attendees to leave San Antonio inspired, with new insights and strategies that will drive progress in cybersecurity for years to come.

As a city, we are dedicated to creating an environment that fosters growth and innovation. We have invested in education, workforce development, and infrastructure to support industries of the future, including cybersecurity.

Whether you are a cybersecurity professional, an industry leader, or someone passionate about the future of technology, InCyber Forum San Antonio will offer unparalleled opportunities to connect, learn, and grow. We look forward to welcoming them next June, and we cannot wait to show delegates all our city has to offer.

Finally, for those in Montreal this week – including representatives from the City of San Antonio, Visit San Antonio, greater:SATX, The University of Texas at San Antonio, Port San Antonio, the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, the CyberTexas Foundation, the U.S.-Mexico Foundation, and the San Antonio chapter of AFCEA International – do not forget to look south towards the first U.S. edition of the forum next June 2025, right here in San Antonio.
