The inaugural edition of The MICHELIN Guide Texas will include selections from San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston, and will be announced later this year.

Cowboy Core: Luxe Western Immersion
The San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo, a staple since 1950, epitomizes cowboy culture. Celebrating its 75th anniversary in 2025, this top U.S. rodeo features high-stakes livestock auctions, thrilling rodeo competitions, carnival rides, and A-list concerts (Keith Urban, Leann Rimes, Nelly, etc.).
