Welcome to San Antonio's World Heritage & South
The Missions & South San Antonio
History and modern attractions meet at the Missions and South San Antonio. Named a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, the San Antonio Missions and their corresponding Catholic parishes are open to the public to visit, learn and explore.
The Mission Reach portion of the River Walk connects four missions to each other and to Downtown for easy outdoor adventures by foot or bike. And outdoor adventures – hiking, biking, golfing, and outdoor movies – are not to be missed.
