Restaurants across San Antonio will participate, including Clementine, The Jerk Shack, The Good Kind, Jardín, Range and more – but tickets for this unique and curated event are limited and will go fast! Proceeds will go toward the San Antonio Hospitality Foundation and will be used toward scholarships for up-and-coming local chefs. With this event, we are taking a step forward to providing more education, resources, and opportunity for the future chefs of San Antonio.

What does the ticket price include?
Your admission includes a five-course dinner with drink pairing, Fiesta Medal and a chef appearance. Proceeds from each ticket go directly to the San Antonio Hospitality Foundation, benefiting the scholarship endowments at UTSA and St. Philip’s College for students pursuing culinary and hospitality degrees. Please note, all ticket prices are the same regardless of age.
Are there VIP tickets with perks available?
For the inaugural year of this event, we have one ticket tier. Please check back next year for additional tiers or information.
How secure are my credit card details?
Ticket processing through Donorbox is secured through Strype.
If I book my ticket online, how do I collect my ticket?
Tickets will be sent to the email you provided at purchase. Be sure to save the ticket and bring it to your event.
Where can I review my registration information?
Registration confirmation will be sent to the email provided. If you need to make adjustments to your registration you can purchase additional tickets by revisiting the website. No refunds or exchanges. All tickets are final sale.
Can I register and buy a ticket at the event?
Ticket sales will close April 7, 2023. Act fast to be part of this inaugural event and make an impact on the future of hospitality in San Antonio.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending?
No refunds or exchanges. The money you invest in your ticket will go toward an endowment for scholarship. While we understand illnesses or conflicts may arise, please do let the team know by contacting Special Event Manager Amanda Tutor at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the event is canceled, how do I obtain a refund?
More information will be accommodated through the email you provided at ticket purchase. The event is rain or shine, all indoors, and planned to proceed with event execution.
I booked the wrong restaurant; can I change my booking?
If you find your reservation was made in error and you would like to book at an alternate restaurant within the program, you can contact Special Event Manager Amanda Tutor at email@example.com. No guarantees for exchanges will be made, but we will consider your request.
I can’t pay by credit card. Is there an alternate payment method?
For the inaugural year we are unable to collect payment by alternate options. If you would like to call and make your payment over the phone you can set up a time to call by emailing Special Event Manager Amanda Tutor at firstname.lastname@example.org
I have special accessibility needs. Can you accommodate me?
Absolutely. We welcome all and recommend when you purchase your ticket to make note in the additional field provided at purchase.
Is there a dress code for the event?
Come as you are, though we do recognize each participating restaurant may generally see guests in an elevated attire, including business casual, or dress.
Where can I find information about the event agenda and schedule?
All dining reservations begin at 6:30pm and will conclude by 9:00pm.
Are there any discounts if I do not plan on eating or drinking?
No, there are no discounts on ticket pricing for any reason.
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
Guests are encouraged to include their dietary restrictions or allergies upon ticket purchase. We cannot guarantee selections will be met before you take your seat; therefore, be sure to communicate any restrictions or allergies to your server.
