Introducing a fresh addition to this season’s lineup, the Spurs Club is a new exclusive members-only social club and private culinary experience nestled within the soon-to-be-unveiled Victory Capital Performance Center. Ran by local check, Steve McHugh, the menu will feature:
- Game Day Burger (lunch menu): American farm-raised meats, sourced locally and regionally, become a perfect blend of Wagyu beef, bison, wild boar, and venison, that is sandwiched between two buttery brioche buns topped with Emmentaler Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles and caramelized onions
- Silver and Black Steak (dinner menu): Serving the best of the best Texas beef, this Wagyu strip steak is topped with black garlic compound butter and silver leaf, with a side of “5 Rings” – crispy and thick house-made onions rings.

Each season, the Spurs handpick six locally-owned minority restaurants to take part in the Spurs Culinary Residency program. It’s a chance for fans to discover these hidden gems and to shine a spotlight on their mouthwatering delights at up to nine home games.
