Juneteenth Celebrations

• Juneteenth Festival (June 14, 2025): Head to Comanche Park for music, entertainment, food, and more as we commemorate Juneteenth in the Alamo City.

• SAAACAM Green Book Civil Rights Bus Tour (June 19, 2025): The San Antonio African American Community Archive Museum (SAAACAM) invites you on a moving tour through the city's historic East Side.  For example, did you know that San Antonio had over 80 Negro Motorist Green Book sites? Sunset Sessions at Hemisfair

Thursdays through July 31, 2025

Sound Cream Airstream will bring their popular “al fresco” and free dance party and turn Civic Park into a Summer dance destination for everyone. The series will last all summer, featuring a new theme each month and hosting a new DJ each week.

Make Music San Antonio

Saturday, June 21, 2025

Celebrate the summer solstice with a full day of free live performances at the San Antonio Botanical Garden. Inspired by the global “Fête de la Musique,” this all-ages event features music across genres, from metal to mariachi, jazz to rock, performed throughout the Garden grounds and the Betty Kelso Center. Admission is free with pre-registration, so don’t miss your chance to enjoy music, nature, and community in one unforgettable day.
