Chef and owner Jennifer Dobbertin started a series of pop-up dinners to address the sparsity of Asian-American female chefs in South Texas. Later it evolved into a brick-and-mortar and Quealy Watson joined as the other chef and owner. Most recently Chef Jennifer Dobbertin is enjoying the distinguished achievement of being deemed a James Beard Semifinalist Nominee in the category of "Emerging Chef"!
