Pan African Festival Weekend

May 2-4, 2025

Celebrate African culture, history, and progress with a three-day series of events across San Antonio. Enjoy an evening of food, music, and fashion at “A Taste of Africa,” a lively Saturday festival at Carver Library featuring performances, an African market, and panel discussions, and a powerful film screening of MOSIAH to close out the weekend.

Hosted by the Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center, this beloved event features three days of high-energy performances at Rosedale Park, plus special events like a free Seniors Dance at Progreso Hall and a community art and music exhibition at the Latino Bookstore.
