SeaWorld San Antonio welcomes families for more treats than tricks during its daytime Halloween Spooktacular, a not-so-scary celebration that’s fun for all ages. This festive experience blends traditional Halloween favorites with SeaWorld magic.

Kids can enjoy trick-or-treating, colorful costumes, and a whimsical maze featuring Spookley the Square Pumpkin™. Families will also love the kid-friendly shows, playful Halloween characters, and plenty of photo-worthy moments.

With its cheerful atmosphere and gentle frights, this daytime event is perfect for little ones — and anyone who’s still a kid at heart.

New This Year: Kids Tricks and Treats at Six Flags Fiesta Texas

It's all the Halloween excitement without the scares. Tricks & Treats at Six Flags Fiesta Texas is your daytime go‑to. This brand-new, family-friendly fall festival brings an over-the-top Trick-or-Treat Trail, fun entertainment, and park‑ride thrills.​

From creative crafts and costume fun to rides galore, Tricks & Treats offers a perfect blend of autumn whimsy and theme-park thrills!

Zoo Boo! at the San Antonio Zoo

Zoo Boo!  at the San Antonio Zoo is back for its 39th spooktacular year. This family-friendly (and non-scary!) Halloween tradition invites little ghouls and goblins to roam the zoo in costume while collecting candy at eco-friendly trick-or-treat stations.

More Delightful than Frightful Halloween Bash at Morgan's Wonderland

Morgan’s Wonderland is bringing the magic of Halloween to life with its annual Halloween Bash, happening every Saturday through October and on Halloween night.  Enjoy themed photo stations, pumpkin painting, costume contests with prizes, and live entertainment that’s big on fun and accessible for all.

New this year is an original live production, The Wonder Squad! in the Friendship Flytrap, showing at the Starlight Amphitheater. Follow the Squad as they take on a giant spider to rescue a Friendship Fairy and learn valuable lessons about friendship, teamwork, and acceptance along the way.

Halloween night includes extended park hours with lit-up rides and trick-or-treating. Costumes are encouraged (family-friendly masks only), and the celebration is included for Season Pass holders.

Halloween at The DoSeum | Every Day in October

Little makers, big imaginations, and a few friendly frights - Halloween at The DoSeum brings a whole month of hands-on fun! Come in costume, strike a spooky pose at themed photo stations, and show off your best monster moves during hourly BOOgie breaks.

On select days, kids can mix spooky slime, paint mini pumpkins, or piece together their own Franken-Toys. It’s a playful way to celebrate Halloween while making something to take home.

Go Batty at Natural Bridge Caverns

Weekends, October 3 – November 1, 2026

Round up your little explorers for Cavern Bat Fest at Natural Bridge Caverns! Kids can navigate a mini hay maze, follow a bat scavenger hunt, and help dress a scarecrow while the family enjoys live music, yard games, and fall photo stops.

Come in a family-friendly costume for free admission to the AMAZEn’ Ranch Round-Up maze, and bring your candy bags on October 31 for free trick-or-treating from 3–5 p.m. Be sure to check the park’s costume guidelines before dressing up.

Want to keep the adventure going? Add a cavern tour, gem panning, or a climb through the Twisted Trails ropes course to your visit.

Good to know: Bat Fest’s listed seasonal activities are free, with parking available for $10 per day. Cavern tours and other ticketed attractions cost extra.

Halloween Spooktacular

Celebrate Halloween with the whole family at The Rock at La Cantera’s Halloween Spooktacular, featuring trunk-or-treating, a costume contest, live DJ, petting zoo, interactive activities, and festive food and drink specials. Admission is free and open to all ages, with guests encouraged to RSVP in advance for this community Halloween celebration.

Hall-O-Fest

October 31, 2026, 6-10 PM

Celebrate Halloween at Hall-O-Fest at Chicken N Pickle, a free, family-friendly evening filled with costumes, games, Trunk or Treat, community booths, and seasonal fun. Join the costume contests for kids and adults, play Spooktacular Bingo, and enjoy Halloween festivities throughout the night.

Halloween Artfest at the Contemporary

October 31, 2026, 4:30-7 PM

Celebrate Halloween with the whole family at Halloween Artfest at the Contemporary on October 31, featuring hands-on art activities, a photo booth, plenty of candy, and festive fun. Bring your four-legged friend along for the Bad to the Bone Dog Costume Contest, where dressed-up pups can compete for prizes.
