Tex-Next Tastemakers: Margaritas
Ingredients
“Margarita’s Margarita”

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Hornitos Tequila (Blanco or Reposado)
¾ oz Cointreau
Ice
¾ oz fresh lime juice
Fresh orange juice from ½ an orange
Salt
PREPARATION
Add the ice to your shaker, pour the tequila and Cointreau into shaker. Add fresh lime juice, followed by fresh orange juice. Drop half of the orange into the shaker. Shake to mix.
FINISH & SERVE
Pour into a salt rimmed glass, filled with ice. Serve to your loved ones, and share your finished product using #TexNext and tag @visitsanantonio!

“The Puro Rita”

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Casamigos Tequila
0.5 oz Key Lime Juice
¼ of the juice of a Persian Lime
1 oz Orange Liqueur
2 dahes aromatic bitters
Chamoy
Tajin
Ice
PREPARATION
Add the ice to your shaker, pour the tequila and orange liqueur. Add fresh key lime juice, followed by Persian lime juice. Shake to mix.
FINISH & SERVE
Dress your glass using chamoy and tajin powder, pour the mixture from the shaker into glass over ice. Top with aromatic bitters. Serve to your loved ones, and share your finished product using #TexNext and tag @visitsanantonio!
