SAN ANTONIO (November 30, 2022) ─ Culinaria expands its brand with the introduction of Third Coast Cocktail Summit, a national cocktail event, Tuesday, January 10 through Saturday, January 14, 2023.  Culinaria will curate summit programs that include sessions, seminars, panels and spirited dinners to highlight the breadth of talent and expertise within the beverage industry throughout Texas and the U.S.

“This is a natural evolution for Culinaria,” says Suzanne Taranto Etheredge, president and CEO, Culinaria. “Our goal is to highlight the spirits and mixes that define the cultures of so many distinct and diverse regions around the country. We also want to bring leading trade professionals together for discussions on philosophies of the industry’s past, present, future, challenges and opportunities.”

Set to convene in San Antonio, the Third Coast Cocktail Summit is a five-day extravaganza for the cocktail community to experience varied seminars, dinners, pop-ups and parties, at San Antonio’s swankiest bars, speakeasies and notable dining establishments.

“Seminars and workshops will serve to preserve the knowledge of the past and pass it forward to a new generation of bartenders that will lead change within the industry for years to come.  We will feature not only spirits and cocktails, but professional seminars centered on wine, beer, coffee and anything else that gravitates around the cocktail space,” adds Suzanne.

Culinaria will continue its tradition of giving back, with a portion of proceeds going to charities that benefit the beverage and hospitality professionals that diligently work to produce the nightlife and culinary scenes that define each city.

Details coming soon on guest mixologists, chefs, musicians and conference schedule. Check the website for updates on Third Coast Cocktail Summit at  www.CulinariaSA.org.
