The counter-service market and wine bar offers fresh fish for wholesale purchase and an in-house menu that includes dry aged fish entrees such as the tuna sando and salmon lox on sourdough. Chef de cuisine, Ruben Pantaleon, is a veteran of celebrated restaurants such as Roka Akor, Nobu, and our very own Up Scale. Chef Ruben brings his diligence and attention to detail to our 100% scratch kitchen with all items made fresh daily.
