Pies and Tarts Baking Class at the Culinary Institute of America
Whether it’s a shrinking crust or a soupy filling, every baker has experienced the crushing defeat of pie. Luckily, these problems are easy to overcome with just a few tips and little practice. Join us in this hands-on class where you’ll learn the techniques you need to make a perfect pie every time. Alongside a CIA chef instructor, you’ll prepare flaky pie and tart doughs, sweet and savory fillings, and learn a variety of crimping techniques. They don’t say “easy as pie” for nothing!
