PechaKucha Night San Antonio: Vol. 32
PechaKucha San Antonio invites you to enjoy its Vol. 32 event at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts scheduled for Wed., Dec. 19. PechaKucha is a 20 image x 20 second arts and culture series. We host speakers who share their passions in a unique format: Once a quarter, a group of six presenters get exactly 20 images, and each image advances automatically every 20 seconds, for a total time of 6 minutes and 40 seconds.
The six presenters include: Alex Paredes (Cocinero), Elizabeth Johnson (Chef/Wellness Advocate), Justin Parr (Neo-traditionalist), Kelly O’Connor (Artist), Naomi Shihab Nye (Writer), and Robert Rivard (Co-Founder/Author).
Tickets are $5 per person from the Tobin Center Box Office (plus convenience fee for online or phone sales). Our welcome reception begins at 6:30 p.m. and will feature complimentary bites curated by local restaurants, presentations begin at 7:30 p.m. PechaKucha San Antonio is presented in partnership with the Las Casas Foundation.
