Intro to Flexibility (All levels)
Description: Safely stretch your body in this functional flexibility class through proper technique and strengthening exercises to support your muscles while stretching. This class focuses on active and passive stretching with gentle pressure and calm breathing. This class will help you find new ways to stretch and find greater range of mobility. In addition, stretching can help release mental stress and physical toxins.
Students who have previously enrolled in this series will continue to build on the material already covered.
Prerequisites: Open to everyone! No experience necessary.
Schedule: This series class meets once per week on Tuesdays from 6:00-7:15 PM.
Please note that there is a $15 registration fee for all new students.
