Air Pilates – All Levels
Description: Air Pilates fuses Pilates, Yoga, and basic barre technique to condition, tone and stretch your body using the aerial sling as well as floor work. Have fun while increasing flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination!
Prerequisites: Open to everyone! Beginners welcome.
Schedule: This class meets once per week on Mondays from 6:00-7:00 PM.
Please note that there is a $15 registration fee for new students.
