Year of the Water Rabbit CNY Feast [S3:E1]
Because of all of your support, DASHI is back with Season 3 of the DASHI Dinner Series. The first Episode of our hit dinner-series celebrates Chinese New Year: The Year of the Rabbit.
To commemorate the celebration, guest “DA’SHI” artists of honor include Lion Dancers, an iconic spectacle of artistry and ancient tradition. Culinary «DA’SHI» and guests of honor include Chef Robert Cantu of The Moon’s Daughters; and Conversa Elevated Chefs Fred Gonzalez and Andreas Imhof – all executing courses throughout the festivities next to Master Chef Jian Li.
DASHI guests will prime their dinner appetite at the chic bar with inspired winter-seasonal cocktails, an exhibit of profound top-shelf Japanese whisky, and a deep line-up of spirits. Whilst enjoying cocktail hour, socialites may stroll through DASHI’s consignment exhibition featuring abstract and elemental canvass pieces.
DASHI reimagines the traditional Chinese dining experience by building upon its acclaimed sister-restaurant, Sichuan House, equipped with vaulted ceilings, ornate accents of gold and velvet, and a voluminous dining room.
