Fiesta’s Taste of the Republic is excited to announce this year’s all-star chef lineup for the official opening event of Fiesta® San Antonio. For the first time since the event started in 2017, Taste of the Republic will take place at The Alamo on April 20 from 6-10pm. Guests are invited to join in on the festivities to mingle with Fiesta royalty, taste sample bites from 12 of San Antonio’s most beloved chefs, and enjoy wine, beer and cocktail options.
