Intro to Lyra (All levels)
Description: Find beautiful poses and shapes in this airborne hoop. We’ll focus on proper alignment, core, and shoulder engagement to protect and strengthen your body as we learn basic vocabulary on this popular apparatus. No need to be a body builder or contortionist to try aerials. Come as you are and we’ll build your skills in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Prerequisites: No experience necessary. Open to anyone!
Schedule: This class meets once per week on Saturdays from 1:30-2:45 PM (March 8 – April 19).
Please note that there is a $15 registration fee for all new students.
