Day of the Dead Dinner with Guest Chef Guillermo González Beristáin
Clementine is thrilled to announce a special one-night dinner with guest chef Guillermo González Beristáin in celebration of Day of the Dead or Día de Muertos, the tradition of celebrating and sharing memories of loved ones who have passed.
Chef Guillermo from Pangea restaurant in Monterrey, MX will join Chefs John, Elise and Carlos on Tuesday, November 2. Pangea stands at No.15 on Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants list. Opened in 1998, its imaginative use of local ingredients and contemporary European techniques has won it a large and enthusiastic following, and given rise to a growing empire of restaurants throughout northeast Mexico.
Tickets for the event, which begins with a 6:30PM reception followed by a 7:30PM dinner, are $200 per guest (not inclusive of tax and gratuity) and include a seven-course meal with drink pairings. The first and main courses of the evening will be presented by Chef Guillermo, while the remaining courses, each created in memory of a loved one who has passed on, will be presented by Chefs John, Carlos and Elise.
