Feel the luck of the Irish when you get two chances to see the parade! No St. Patrick's Parade would be complete without bagpipes, so you're sure to hear this one coming! Your two chances to catch this parade are:
- Saturday, March 18 | 2-3 p.m. | Museum Reach
- Saturday, March 18 | 5-6 p.m. | Downtown Stretch
St. Patrick's Day Artisan Show at San Antonio River Walk
While you're strolling the River Walk, be sure to check out handcrafted works at the River Walk St. Patrick's Day Artisan Show. If you're on the hunt for a uniquely San Antonio souvenir, you're sure to find it at the River Walk St. Patrick's Day Artisan show! This one is free to attend and is happening March 17-19!
Pachanga de San Patricio
The Tobin Center for Performing Arts celebrates St. Patrick's a little differently - with a pachanga! Pachanga de San Patricio is a "FolkPunkRock" festival that welcomes new perspectives on traditional music. In addition to great music, guests will also be treated to San Antonio dancers performing in routines and rhythms native to different areas from around the world. Rounding out the event is a menu of fusions by Tobin Chef Armando Lopez and refreshing drinks as diverse as the event itself. This one takes place on March 18, from 2-7 p.m. Get your tickets today!
Race the River
For the St. Patrick's early birds - head over to the River Walk on March 18 at 7:00 a.m. for Race the River, the first in a series of competitive paddling races! Racers of all expertise are welcome! Experienced paddlers who compete in endurance adventure races throughout Texas can compete in the Pro class while beginner and intermediate paddlers can join in the Amateur class.
