Celebrating the diverse history and culture of San Antonio, Fiesta started as a tribute to Alamo defenders. Today, with 3.5 million people attending, Fiesta is a truly Texas-sized festival with over 100 events. It's held each April, staffed entirely by volunteers and all the proceeds go to charity. Over half of the events are FREE -- consult the official schedule to get details. (continues below)
