140th Annual Session of the Texas Dental Association

May 6 - 9, 2010

San Antonio is proud to host the 140th TEXAS Meeting of the Texas Dental Association. This is the 30th consecutive meeting that has been held in San Antonio. 

As with the association, in 30 years many things have changed and many things have remained the same. We have added and rennovated convention facilities, upgraded technology, added hotels, attractions and restaurants. The industry of dentistry has changed with technology, medicines and methods for a better experience for both doctors, assistants, administrators and patients.

A constant variable in industry and our destination are it's people. We in San Antonio remained committed to providing the best possible experience for those who have come year after year and those new to the meeting and the destination. Welcome BACK TDA - We're glad you are here!

River Walk Doubles in Size

The River Walk’s new "Museum Reach" which stretches north along the San Antonio River and connects the existing River Walk  to the San Antonio Museum of Art and  the 125-year-old Pearl Brewery, a vibrant urban village. New public art installations, by local, national and international artists, line the banks. A lock and dam system, the only one in Texas, overcomes a 9-ft. rise in elevation.  Take a river cruise and navigate right through the lock and dam.
