"Tex Mex Cooking," NBC Today Show, April 2008

San Antonio’s culinary passions shone on NBC’s Today Show on April 2, when “Tex Mex Cooking” was featured to an audience of more than four million viewers. Diana Barrios Treviño prepared enchiladas rancheras with news anchor Ann Curry, and was joined at the end of the 5.5-minute segment by Matt Lauer, Al Roker and Meredith Viera. This great exposure for San Antonio was a result of teamwork with the State of Texas Economic Development & Tourism Department, as a part of Texas in NYC week.
