Sandra J. Brooks joined the CVB in March 2007. She is a graduate of Western Michigan University and earned a degree in Marketing and Management. After graduation, Sandy had a successful career as a meeting planner where she managed corporate meetings and incentive programs. Today, Sandy is a member of the Society of Incentive Travel Executives (SITE), Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) and the Alamo Area Hospitality Association (AAHA). She is also a volunteer for the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo where she plays a vital role in the Hospitality Committee, having been named the Hospitality Committee’s 2007 Volunteer of the Year.

Sandy is married to Craig Brooks, Assistant Director of Golf at Gateway Hills Golf Course, Lackland Air Force Base. She has one step-son, Joshua, and is thrilled to call San Antonio home
