John Sanchez was born and raised in the Alamo City and joined the hospitality industry shortly after high school. Prior to joining the CVB in 2006, he was the Assistant General Manager with Drury Inn & Suites Airport. He earned two bachelors degrees from the University of Texas at San Antonio in Information Systems and Business Management. Being a San Antonio native, John is an avid fan of the San Antonio Spurs.
