Alice is a native of San Antonio and one of four children. She is a graduate of Trinity University and shares a love of sports with her daughter Adriana. Prior to finding her niche, she was an Assistant Lingerie Buyer with Dillards. Her debut in the hospitality industry began with Hyatt and lasted for seven years prior to joining the CVB in 1989 as the Housing Supervisor. Alice's current segmentation includes citywide groups with peak of 1,501 and greater along with religious, NCAA and Smith Bucklin groups
