New applicants should reside within a fifty-mile radius of San Antonio. Some exceptions will be allowed on a case-by-case basis, particularly if a service is not provided locally. Please contact our office at (210) 207-6730 if your address is not within our region restriction.

The San Antonio Film Commission database is being updated in 2009. Old or unverifiable listings are being deleted, including any individual or company not responding to our requests for updates.

All submissions are subject to cross checks. Please assist us in creating an accurate database. These listings are not intended to be a "wish list". You must have professional experience in all chosen categories; the Film Commission will verify any questionable credits.

A paid employee of a Company Listing may not list in the same category as an Individual. For example, if John Doe is employed by a company called Locations, Inc., he cannot list himself under the category of "Location Scout," if Locations, Inc. is also listed under that same category. However, he may list his name under "Location Manager," should the title apply. In other words, the employee of a listed Company may fill out an Individual Listing in separate categories, with a separate contact number. However, a freelancer who works occasionally for a listed Company may be listed in the same categories as an individual, but with his/her own contact number.

Have you attended a Texas Film Commission PA Workshop?  If you have received your certification as a PA, you do not need to have any professional credits to list with us. Your listing will remain on our site for six (6) months, after which time, if you do not have at least two professional credits, your listing will be dropped from the site. Please email us for details on how to list with us with no credits, as our online service is not yet updated to allow user access for individuals with no credits.
