City Park Film Permits grant permission to film in a city park, but they do NOT reserve the park. Should complete control of the park be desired, an additional Park Reservation Permit must be obtained. Also, a Park Reservation Permit will be required when the staging of equipment, type of activity or size of production limits the use of a park area by the public. Park Reservation Permit fees will apply.
Availability of a park area and applicable reservation fees may be determined by calling the Park Reservation Office located in Brackenridge Park. The direct line to this office is (210) 207-PARK (7275).
Once you have determined that the desired park has not already been reserved, please complete the following form on-line, in order to obtain the required filming permit.
PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF THREE WORKING DAYS FOR CITY PARK FILM PERMITS TO BE ISSUED.
If submissions are made after 4:00 pm weekdays, or on weekends, the three-day minimum waiting period will not begin until the next working day.
THE FILM PERMIT WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED
